How many people will be sharing a room at the august retreat at the price of $119.00?

We have arranged for 3 people per room.   There are 2 queen size beds in each room.  However, a cot will be provided at an additional cost if the residence do not want to sleep two per bed.

Can I bring an air bed instead of paying for the extra cot?

Absolutely.  Please make sure it is smaller than a queen size matris though.  It needs to comfortably fit in the room.

Part of the retreat experience is spending a lot of time with others, and getting to know them on a very personal level.  We believe that the 2 nights in the hotel are part of that experience.  Though we believe the teaching and worship can stand on their own merrits, part of being single is making new friends. 

 We are also in contract with the hotel to rent a certain number of rooms.  This is one of the reasons that we can offer retreat at such a low price to everyone.  Therefore, it isn't possible, this time for us to offer special rates if you do not rent a room.
